Zach Thiel

Zach joined GROTH Design Group in 2022 as a Project Designer. Zach has more than four years of architecture experience, formerly serving as an architectural designer at another Milwaukee firm. In his role as project designer, Zach supports the firm’s project architects and managers with all project phases across market sectors.

Zach delivers broad expertise to GROTH Design Group’s clients in the areas of field verification and existing conditions drawings, producing space plans and construction documents, and site analysis for ADA accessibility and window conditions reports. He holds a specific interest in single and multi-family residential projects, as well as education projects, and has worked on historic preservation efforts for a variety of market sectors.

Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Honors College Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He is currently pursuing architectural licensure.
