GROTH Design Group was asked to design this facility to accommodate families that otherwise may choose to forgo treatment due to financial restraints that make them unable to afford hotel accommodations.
The Family House includes 10 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, and shared spaces such as a spacious kitchen and a well furnished living room and dining area. Interiors consciously selected a soft color palette and warm textiles that are comforting and welcoming in order to provide an “at home” feel.
The entire facility is designed to provide a sense of security and provide an environment that is conducive to healing. Patients are referred by their physician as a guest of the house based on their needs and are served by dedicated staff to ensure a safe and healing environment.
