Faith-based Cedar Community, a senior campus housing over 900 residents in multiple buildings, continues to trust GROTH Design Group as a valued partner. The variety of projects, past and present, are designed to create an impactful presence in the community, improve access, energize and illuminate internal areas and improve comfort of residents, staff and family members.
Current projects include creation of canopied entry addition and several interior renovations to public spaces and corridors.
Past projects include interiors upgrades and a Skilled Nursing wing renovation.

The Golden Years is a family-owned and operated senior living facility that provides Medicare certified skilled nursing care for seniors who need consistent nursing interventions, medical assessment and monitoring, or rehabilitative care.
Uptown Social – Senior Activity Center
A former retail space was purchased and GROTH Design Group was asked to partner once again with the Senior Activity Center to transform a vacant building into a vital community asset. The new center, Uptown Social, serves as a main activity hub for the community.
