Starting with a dated industrial building, GROTH Design Group updated the facade, created a retail space in the lobby, added a demonstration space and bar, and designed a remodeled, second floor office space.
Spike Brewing Equipment is a nationally-recognized brewing equipment brand.
This project presented unique design challenges, including implementing the Spike Brewing brand and achieving the desired street presence. Code challenges included size and separation of accessory uses, vertical circulation and egress. Further, this project was heavily funded by grants, including facade improvement and signage grants.

O’Leary & Anick was looking to relocate their office for a larger and updated space that would better accommodate their growing staff numbers.

The new BMO Harris Branch Office at 3637 W. Fond du Lac Avenue replaces the former branch which the company acquired in 1959.
