Firm Principal and Shareholder Announced
GROTH Design Group is pleased to announce that Peter Damsgaard, Director of Design, has been named Principal and Mike McGraw, CDT, Director of Construction Administration Services, has been made a shareholder. Peter and Mike join Managing Partner, Mike Groth, AIA, NCARB, and Partner Pete Schneider, AIA, LEED AP in leading and growing the full-service architecture, planning and interior design firm.
Peter Damsgaard is responsible for stewarding a collaborative and thoughtful design process, leading employee professional development, engaging the design community and working with local community leaders.
Mike McGraw leads the firm’s construction administration services, including playing a significant role in the execution of projects from design through commissioning. Mike works closely with owners, contractors and the design team to ensure quality constructability within design intent.
