As the Healthcare and Senior Living Studio Leader, Nathan leads each project with empathy for the resident, family and staff experience. With 20+ years of healthcare and senior living experience his enthusiasm to deliver facilities that foster resident wellness and enhance lives, remains unwavering.

Nathan has an exceptional ability to listen to the needs of clients and translate their vision into a design that helps fulfill their mission. He brings strong organizational skills to each project. His collaborative and inquisitive style of managing projects, while maintaining the design schedule and budget ensures optimum efficiency.

Nathan currently serves on the Board of Directors for Juniper & Canticle Court for the Sisters of St. Francis, and serves on the Board of Directors for Inspiration Ministries in Walworth, Wis.
