This project includes the upgrading of finishes and furniture on the fourth and fifth floors of the Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center of the Eastcastle Place facility in Milwaukee.
The services provided on these floors are critical to the overall wellbeing of residents and as such, demand an environment that is both reassuring and uplifting.
At Cedar Bay West, GROTH Design Group has created a 5,700 SF entry addition and canopy to refresh the building and provide it with more residential prominence. Public spaces and corridors are being refurbished to uplift spirits and bring in natural light.
GROTH Design Group is also working on the reorganization of resident spaces, a library, general store, movie theatre, wellness area, laundry, hair salon and spas. The residents’ dining has shifted to the back of the building, allowing panoramic views of the peaceful, wooded setting.
At the adjacent facility, Cedar Bay East, GROTH Design Group is assisting with interior design upgrades to the public spaces to enhance the energy and illuminate internal areas.Read More
